Sunshine Award

I apologise for being away for so long, New york was amazing but it took me awhile to get back to my daily rhythm. I have so much to share about the big apple, but first, the lovely SimplyDelish nominated me for the sunshine award before I left and I feel so honoured! Sunshineaward

  1. What is your favorite colour? Purple, it was not until I moved into an apartment where the accent colour was purple that I fell completely in love with the colour.
  2. What is your favorite animal? I'm such a cat person, I love their personalities and they are just so cute.
  3. What is your favorite number? 5, I was born on the 5th in the year 85, I usually like even numbers but 5 is my lucky number.
  4. What is your favorite non-alcholic drink? ohh, so many drinks, I reckon it has to be Milo.
  5. Do you prefer Facebook or Twitter? Twitter, all my relatives are on Facebook so twitter allows me to be more open.
  6. What is your passion? Design and crafts, I like pretty things.
  7. Do you prefer getting or giving presents? Giving, it's so much more fun to shop for someone I know and craft the wrapping of said present.
  8. What is your favorite pattern? stripes! But I'm on a no striped shirts ban because all my friends are sick of seeing me in them.
  9. What is your favorite day of the week? Sunday, it's the perfect rest day.
  10. What is your favorite flower? I don't really have one to be honest, maybe daisies?
...and here! have a random photo of me from last weekend. Ade was here and we went up Mount Dandenong for high tea, we passed the Grants picnic grounds on the way and spotted a lot of cockatoos being fed so decided we would stop and feed them too (Ade is a bird person after all). I actually thought the smaller birds, known as crimson rosellas, were cuter than the much more aggressive cockatoos. The birds were all extremely tame and friendly though, so I'd recommend a stop if you're in that area.
