I've decided to try something new. Since 5 is my favourite/lucky number and friday is the 5th day of the week (my week starts monday thank you very much), I've decided to do a theme specific 5 things list every friday.
Today, is bags! glorious bags! I probably have too many bags but a girl can't have too many, right? Here are some of the lovelies I've fallen in love with:
Like most of us, designer Phillip Lim could use more hours in his day—seven more, to be exact. Contending with a mere 24, he still managed to create the ‘31 Hour’, a chic transitional tote that can be carried from early-morning exercise class to after-work dinner and drinks.
So versatile and easily a classic. I adore the 2-toned renditions but I have too many black bags so hopefully new colours will be released each season.

I already own a Balenciaga bag (or bal bag as I call it) but I borrowed this Classic Velo bag from my sister on a recent trip back home and I've decided this is the ultimate everyday bag. Roomy, boxy enough that it won't look weird with odd shaped items in it, so perfect and it comes in so many colours but I think this sandy one is my current favourite.

I reckon the 2.55 classic Chanel bags don't have a thing on these Chanel boy bags. I love that they're edgy yet classic, like the model.

Proenza Schouler PS1 Clutch. I'm a bit on the fence over these bags, but that braid convinced me that it's another versatile piece and would be very rock-chic.

How cute is the YSL Easy small. As with the Bal bag, I already own one of these albeit in a larger size. I walked into the boutique recently and fell in love with the smaller size. Oh, what's a girl to do.
